Enhanced FortiGate Configuration Export and Download Protection

Account-Level options for FortiGate remote access
-- Users can now choose, at the account level, to use local authentication or cloud access for FortiGate device remote access (1240537)

General Usability Enhancements
-- Global filter for FortiView, ZTNA, and User Dashboards (1243401)
-- FortiConverter integration enhancements (1218348)
-- FortiGate Cloud GUI fully compliant with FortiCare RBAC permissions
