A scheduled infrastructure upgrade for FortiCloud and FortiCare components will take place on November 2, 2024, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Pacific Time

During this maintenance window, though no major downtime is anticipated, web portal and API may be unavailable at times. FortiGate devices, however, will remain connected, and no data loss is expected.
